One of our Partners will discuss all high-level case details with you and explore potential options. By the end of the first meeting, you will have a clear understanding of the type(s) of loan facility which will work for you and what further information will be required from you in order to proceed.
Our Partner and his team will evaluate a range of options based on your first meeting and then follow up with a discussion on pricing structures with you; providing we have the necessary scheme structure and financial appraisals, this will typically be within 1 week of the initial meeting.
We will select the most appropriate lender(s) from our panel of trusted partners and following an internal discussion with an appointed Relationship Director and credit departments, you will receive initial heads of terms outlining the proposed loan facilities. The team will set up an introductory meeting and walk you through the lending process and requirements for information for next stages.
Our Partner, the appointed Relationship Director and a support team is in place to work with you through to completion.
Following provision of information, the team will compile a report to be submitted to the lender credit forum, seeking formal sanction. Credit backed terms will be issued. To get to this stage, takes typically 6 – 8 weeks from initial meeting.
Upon credit sanction, your Relationship team will appoint lawyers and valuers to work on behalf of the lender and oversee all aspects through to completion and draw-down of funds. We will continue to work on your behalf with the lender to ensure all issue are resolved quickly.
